Current sensing resistors are intended to detect cases of overcurrent or remaining battery levels by sensing currents.
Due to today's functional development of electronics, the amount of current used in circuits is increasing, raising the demand for resistors ready for high power. In addition, there is an increasing need for resistors with a lower resistance to reduce power consumption in circuits, and high precision resistors capable of maintaining an excellent temperature coefficient of resistance even in severe temperature environments.

Panasonic offers resistors with a wide range of resistance from 0.45 mΩ to 1 Ω for the purpose of minimizing the effects of heat generation on circuits.
