New metal plate type current sensing resistors from Panasonic offer excellent long term stability

Panasonic Automotive & Industrial Systems Europe is introducing a new series of metal plate type current sensing resistors featuring small case sizes and high-power capabilities. The metal plate bonding technology results in excellent long term stability.

Panasonic Automotive & Industrial Systems Europe is introducing a new series of metal plate type current sensing resistors featuring small case sizes and high-power capabilities. The metal plate bonding technology results in excellent long term stability. The outer resin with very high heat dissipation enables a wide operating temperature range from -60°C up to +170°C.

Ideally suited for any current sensing solution, ERJ MP2, ERJ MP3, and ERJ MP4 resistors are ISO9001, ISO/TS16949 certified, AEC-Q200 qualified, and fully RoHS compliant. The components are available with power ratings from 0.5W up to 3W and a resistance range from 1mΩ up to 50mΩ. Linear Temperature coefficient makes it easy to compensate.
