  • PAN1026 Series USB Starter Kit

    PAN1026 Series USB Starter Kit

    PAN1026 Series USB Starter Kit is compatible with PAN1026 Series Bluetooth® Smart Ready Module. The NEW PAN1026 Series enable users to add Bluetooth® connectivity to devices easily and efficiently, reducing development efforts and time to market with its integrated Serial Port Profile (SPP), command set API and GATT interface. This cost-engineered solution is based on a single chip solution that integrates an ARM processor with a Bluetooth controller resulting in a place and play RF module with integrated antenna. 

    The PAN1026 Series USB Starter Kit consists of two development modules. Panasonic development modules are SMD modules mounted on a carrier board in a USB stick format. Refer to the design guide for details on PAN1026 development module. EasySPP is the development environment for Classic Bluetooth® and EasyBLE is the development environment for Bluetooth® Smart for the PAN1026.

  • PAN1322 Series USB Starter Kit

    PAN1322 Series USB Starter Kit

    Introducing Panasonic’s next generation, smartphone compatible, place and play Bluetooth® module, the PAN1322 Series. The NEW PAN1322 Series delivers a highly integrated, cost engineered solution for Bluetooth® applications using Serial Port Profile (SPP). Modules in this series integrate in an excellent RF transceiver ARM7TDMI, RAM and patchable 32 Kbit EEPROM for device configuration data and application, and many other powerful supporting features. The Serial Port Profile of Bluetooth v2.1 + EDR can easily be programmed with AT command set API.

    The PAN1322 Series USB Starter Kit consists of two development modules. Panasonic development modules are SMD modules mounted on a carrier board in a USB stick format.   • PAN13x5/PAN13x6 Series Evaluation Tool

    PAN13x5/PAN13x6 Series Evaluation Tool

    PAN1326B-ETU, compatible to PAN13x5 and PAN13x6 Series, provides three popular standards: Classic Bluetooth®Bluetooth® Smart Ready and ANT. PAN13x5 and PAN13x6 Series are based upon Texas Instrument’s CC256xB integrated circuits and use a host controlled interface (HCI). Therefore documentation to PAN13x5 and PAN13x6 Series often use the acronym PAN13xx or TI based PAN13xx Series. PAN1326B-ETU makes the perfect fit to Texas Instruments MSP430 Experimenter Board.

  • PAN172x Series USB Starter Kit

    PAN172x Series USB Starter Kit

    PAN172x Series USB Starter Kit is compatible with all PAN172x Series Bluetooth® Smart (Low Energy) modules. The PAN172x Series is a cost-effective, low-power, true system-on-chip (SoC) product for Bluetooth® Smart applications. Modules in this series combine an excellent RF transceiver with a high performance low power 8051 microcontroller, in-system programmable 256 Kbit flash memory, 8 Kbit RAM, and many other powerful supporting features.

    Offering two different firmware options customer may choose the best suitable solution. 

    • Texas Instruments (TI): Bluetooth Low Energy protocall stack offered by Texas Instruments 
    • BlueRadios (BR): nBlue stack by BlueRadios emulates SPP via Bluetooth® Smart. BlueRadios simplifies the implementation of Bluetooth® Smart with its AT command set API. Especially with the BlueRadios App customer can easily use our module in using commands given for the App. This is working fine, if a connection of a device shall be set up together with smartphones, tablets etc.

    The PAN172x Series USB Starter Kit consists of two development modules. Panasonic development modules are SMD modules mounted on a carrier board in a USB stick format. Refer to the design guide/application note for details on PAN172x development module. Demo Software and Documentation Package offers you all information and tools to kickstart your development with PAN172xSeries. 

    You may have to choose between our two firmware options when purchasing PAN172x Series USB Starter Kit. BlueRadios option supporting nBlue stack by BlueRadios integrates an FTDI chip for UART to USB conversion; Texas Instrument option not.   • PAN1740 Series USB Starter Kit

    PAN1740 Series USB Starter Kit

    The PAN1740 Series USB Starter Kit is compatible with PAN1740 Series place and play Bluetooth® Smart module. The NEW PAN1740 Series is a next-generation (nanopower) Bluetooth® Smart module for the Internet of Everything. The cost-engineered solution for sensor application is based on a system-on-chip (SoC) solution with reduced form factor, significantly lower power consumption, embedded software stack and profile with integrated antenna. The power consumption of only 4.9 mA in Tx or Rx mode allows for the use of coin cell batteries and reduces battery requirements up to 50 % when compared to current generation BLE devices.

    The PAN1740 Series USB Starter Kit consists of two development modules. Panasonic development modules are SMD modules mounted on a carrier board in a USB stick format.   • PAN1x55 Series Evaluation Kit

    PAN1x55 Series Evaluation Kit

    PAN1x55 Series Evaluation Kit is compatible with PAN1555 Series Classic Bluetooth® RF Modules. It has a serial interface and additional interfaces for integration into your system manufactured in a 13.50 * 22.75 * 2.85 mm³ SMD package with an integrated ceramic antenna. This is why the PAN1555 is particulary suited for units produced in smaller or medium quantities. Profiles, like GAP, SDAP, SPP, HID and HDP are available, if you need other profiles or additional software support, please feel free to ask.

  • PAN4561x Series Evaluation Kit

    PAN4561x Series Evaluation Kit

    PAN4561x Series ETU is compatible with PAN4561x Series Mesh Networking module. RF Module USB Adapter simplifies evaluation of ETUs. 

    Based on the IEEE 802.15.4 standard, Mesh Networking was developed for the purpose of sending small amounts of data short distances, using very little power. The key feature of this technology is the ability to create a self-healing mesh network where nodes “talk” to each other in a way that gets a message to a desired end point using the best path. When not in use, nodes will “sleep” using extremely little power.
    The ecosystem of IEEE 802.15.4 comprises different standards like ZigBee, KNX, Wireless HART, 6LoWPAN/IPv6 and many more. If a system does not need to be open,  SNAP® (Synapse Network Application Protocol) might be an efficient and easy way to realise a Mesh Network.

    The User Guide applies to the RF-Module-USB-Adapter which can be used for following Panasonic Modules: PAN4561ETU, PAN4580ETU. The intension is to enable our customers to easily and fast integrate our modules in their product.
