AM100 placement machine

The AM100 meets the high standards set for reliability, capacity and flexibility that customers look forward to from Panasonic in a cost-efficient, gradationally scalable, high-mix SMT solution. It only takes one machine to start off production and extra units and/or technologies can be easily integrated according to requirements.

The single-head (single beam) of Panasonic's AM100 modular placement machine is able to place an impressive component array including: 0402 mm to 120 x 90 x 2 8mm, odd-shaped components, large connectors, as well as advanced packaging types e.g. PoP

Non-stop changeover means you can prepare the following product during running production on the AM100. It allows you to make use of a wide range of configurations that are extremely flexible as well as component supply types. Feeder Anywhere and Nozzle Anywhere features in the AM100 make setup even more flexible. It’s also possible to process large boards and you have the option of processed and advanced features, which include auto support pin exchange, a component thickness camera, PCB warpage detection as well as tray verification.

Several trays can be set on a manually setting tray if they all are within a size limit of L 230 x W 335 mm (up to 10 types of tray components).
