SSM is made of a thermoplastic heat-conducting material with low thermal resistance.
Silicone is not used, and thus no siloxane gas is generated.

 

SSM provides you two values.

  1. Thermal measures can easily be applied to the entire board.
  2. Thermal measures can be applied without any problems, even if there are components with different heights.
